Senior exposure early
Board papers, regulator meetings and client relationships from the first year, with support rather than supervision.
About
A small firm doing senior work. Everyone here carries real accountability early, because there is nowhere to hide it — which suits some people and not others.
You will be in front of a regulator or a board sooner than you expect.
Falconry is small enough that there is no layer between you and the client. That means the work is more interesting and more exposed than it would be at a large firm: you write the paper, you present it, and you answer for it. People who want a decade of apprenticeship before that happens will be uncomfortable here.
It also means we hire slowly. A wrong hire in a team this size is visible to clients within a month, so the process is deliberate and we would rather leave a role open.
Specific openings change. These are the shapes we return to.
Send a CV and a short note about what you want to be doing in three years to contact@falconry.solutions. A covering letter written for us beats a polished generic one.

Professional certification funded and time allowed for it. The firm's credibility rests on yours.
Work across several markets and regulatory regimes rather than one, which is unusually good for a career at this stage.
Consultants shape the platform they use. Engineers see their work land in a client tenant within weeks.
We are honest that we cannot match a large firm on base salary at every level. We compensate on scope, ownership and speed of progression.
Four steps, one week to a decision, a reason either way.
