Careers

A small firm doing senior work. Everyone here carries real accountability early, because there is nowhere to hide it — which suits some people and not others.

WHERE WE HIRE
Oman, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Practitioners who have held the role, not only advised on it
HOW TO APPLY
contact@falconry.solutions

What it is like

You will be in front of a regulator or a board sooner than you expect.

Falconry is small enough that there is no layer between you and the client. That means the work is more interesting and more exposed than it would be at a large firm: you write the paper, you present it, and you answer for it. People who want a decade of apprenticeship before that happens will be uncomfortable here.

It also means we hire slowly. A wrong hire in a team this size is visible to clients within a month, so the process is deliberate and we would rather leave a role open.

Where we are usually hiring

Specific openings change. These are the shapes we return to.

Cyber and privacy consultants
Practitioners who have run control environments, privacy operations or regulatory readiness inside a regulated organisation — ideally one supervised by a Gulf central bank or national cyber authority. Arabic alongside English is a material advantage, not a box to tick.
Risk quantification specialists
People who can build a FAIR model, defend the assumptions to a sceptical CRO, and explain a loss exceedance curve to a board without either patronising or losing them.
Resilience and continuity practitioners
Operational resilience under a supervisory regime — impact tolerances, dependency mapping, severe but plausible testing. MBCI or equivalent, and experience of an exercise that went badly.
Platform engineers
Building the product itself: the control engine, the integration layer, the libraries. Work that is used daily by people who will tell you immediately when it is wrong.
Managed service analysts
Running the routine inside client tenants — control testing, evidence, third-party cycles, privacy operations. The work that makes the platform real rather than aspirational.
Academy and enablement
Building and delivering the capability programmes, for our clients, our partners and our own people.

How we hire

  • A conversation first. Thirty minutes with someone who does the job, not a screening call with someone who does not.
  • A real problem. A working session on an anonymised version of something we actually faced. No timed puzzles, no take-home assignment that takes a weekend.
  • Meet the people you would work with. Including at least one person who will disagree with you, because that is what the job involves.
  • A straight answer. A decision within a week of the final conversation, and a reason either way.

Send a CV and a short note about what you want to be doing in three years to contact@falconry.solutions. A covering letter written for us beats a polished generic one.

What we offer, stated plainly

Senior exposure early

Board papers, regulator meetings and client relationships from the first year, with support rather than supervision.

Certification supported

Professional certification funded and time allowed for it. The firm's credibility rests on yours.

Regional breadth

Work across several markets and regulatory regimes rather than one, which is unusually good for a career at this stage.

Product, not just advice

Consultants shape the platform they use. Engineers see their work land in a client tenant within weeks.

Small firm economics

We are honest that we cannot match a large firm on base salary at every level. We compensate on scope, ownership and speed of progression.

No hiring theatre

Four steps, one week to a decision, a reason either way.
