About

Partners

The platform reaches more organisations through partners than it ever will through our own delivery teams. Three partnership shapes, each with a different commercial model.

ADVISORY FIRMS
Deliver on the platform under your own brand
TECHNOLOGY PARTNERS
Integrate with the estate our clients already run
INTRODUCERS
Bring us in where the fit is right

Why we build through partners

A regional firm cannot staff seven markets. It can equip the firms already in them.

Regulatory depth does not scale by hiring. What scales is the platform: the control library, the regulatory packs, the scenario content and the evidence engine. A partner who knows their market and their clients can deliver work on that foundation faster than we could build the same presence ourselves.

We are deliberately selective. A partner who cannot deliver to the standard damages the platform's credibility more than the revenue is worth, so we would rather have four partners delivering well than twenty listed on a page.

Three partnership shapes

Advisory and consulting firms
Firms with an established client base in risk, audit, technology or compliance who want to deliver cyber and privacy engagements without building a platform. You hold the client relationship and deliver under your own brand; we provide the platform, the regulatory content, training and second-line technical support. Commercial model is a licensed tenant plus delivery margin.
Technology and service providers
Managed service providers, system integrators, cloud partners and security vendors whose clients need the governance layer around what they already operate. Two routes: integrate your data into the platform through the connector framework, or resell the platform alongside your own service. Detection and response providers are natural partners rather than competitors — we govern the outcomes, you run the operations.
Introducers and advisors
Individuals and small firms with senior relationships in the markets we serve who bring us into conversations where the fit is right. Structured through a written introducer agreement with defined scope, term and fee. We do not run informal arrangements — the paperwork protects both sides.

What a partner gets

A configured tenant

Your own platform instance with the regulatory packs for your markets, your branding where the model allows it, and your client tenants underneath.

Enablement

Practitioner training through the Falconry Academy, certification pathways, and access to the same delivery material our own teams use.

Technical backup

Second-line support on regulatory interpretation, control mapping and quantification method — the questions that are uncomfortable to get wrong in front of a client.

Content updates

Regulatory change tracked across seven markets and pushed into your tenant as proposed updates, with the impact assessment drafted.

Joint pursuit support

Senior presence on your pitches where it helps, including regulator-facing credibility in markets where we hold an entity.

Defined commercials

Licence, margin and renewal terms agreed in writing before the first client. Priced in USD.

What we ask

The bar is delivery capability, not logo recognition.

  • People who can deliver. At least two certified practitioners before the first client engagement, trained through the Academy rather than briefed over a call.
  • A defined market or sector. Partners work to an agreed scope so we are not competing with each other for the same account.
  • Standards we can stand behind. Work delivered on the platform reflects on the platform. We will review early engagements and say so if the quality is not there.
  • Honest scope. Partners do not claim capability the platform does not have — no certification claims we do not hold, no detection and response, no offensive security.
  • Conflict transparency. Where a partner serves a client we also serve directly, that gets declared and resolved before either of us proceeds.
